Will I be charged duties or customs?Updated a year ago

Retail orders (artisaire.com) will be delivered with duties and taxes billed to ARTISAIRE, we charge an estimation of duties and taxes at checkout. There may be additional charges such as local brokerage or warehouse fees that we are unable to cover, this will depend on your Country's import laws.

Wholesale (wholesale.artisaire.com) & Volume Orders:

ARTISAIRE ships all Wholesale and Volume Orders DDU (deliver duties unpaid). Checkout will not display duties or taxes charged at importation.

Artisaire is located in and ships from Canada. All duties & taxes are the responsibility of the recipient based on your country's de minimis threshold, this includes orders shipping to the United States. 

Please do not refuse your shipment as it will be sent back to Artisaire, and you will be billed twice for border clearance.
