Do you ship world-wide?

Yes! We ship to almost every country that our primary carrier (UPS) can deliver to. Due to customs reasons we currently can't ship to Turkey.

How much does shipping cost?

When will my order ship?

All of our products are made to order. This will take 1-4 business days, depending on the items you have ordered. We show an estimated timeline to when you will receive your order at checkout. These timelines are estimates and we can't guarantee them

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Timelines depend on the items you are purchasing and shipping speeds chosen in checkout. You can see our shipping information here, and we will provide an estimated timeline at checkout. Please note, estimated timelines are not a guarantee of arrival

Can I use a freight forwarding address?

We recommend that you don't use freight forwarding addresses for your ARTISAIRE orders. However, if you choose to do so, you are confirming that ARTISAIRE is released from any liabilities, such as additional fees, damages, lost or returned packages.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

At this moment we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We can ship to your local UPS Access Point™ so you can receive your items in a secure location.

Will I be charged duties or customs?

Retail orders (artisaire.com) will be delivered with duties and taxes billed to ARTISAIRE, we charge an estimation of duties and taxes at checkout. There may be additional charges such as local brokerage or warehouse fees that we are unable to cover,

Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship from our studio where we make your items in Victoria, BC, Canada.

Do I need a Tax ID or Social Security Number for bulk shipments?

Shipments over $750 USD require a formal entry where a Tax ID or SSN of the receiver must be provided. We are unable to split or delay shipments in order to remain customs-compliant. We do not recommend shipping to a Freight Forwarding address over $

Do you Blind Ship?
