Will I receive a proof?

Yes, a proof will be sent for all custom orders within the next business day of placing your order. Once your proof has been approved, your order will move into production. If your proof is not approved within 24 hours, your timeline shown at checkout may be delayed.
Proofs can be accessed through your email notification, your dashboard, or at the bottom of our website under proofs -Proofs. You will need your order number (starting with R) and the email used on the order to access your proof.
